How do I measure for a cubicle curtain track?
Measure the wall-to-wall width of the opening you need to screen, in centimetres. For an L-shape or U-shape (bays and corner beds), measure each run separately — the configurator adds them up and prices the bends for you. If you are unsure, send a quick sketch with rough sizes and we will check it before you order.
Are these tracks suitable for hospitals and HTM 66 compliant?
Yes. Our aluminium track, ceiling suspension hangers and bend radii are designed for clinical use and meet HTM 66 for NHS and healthcare settings. Complete kits ship with the correct hanger spacing as standard, and compliance notes are available on request.
Can you make L-shapes, U-shapes and bay layouts?
Yes — the configurator covers straight runs, L-shapes and three-sided bays out of the box. For anything more complex (curved bays, multi-bed wards, unusual ceilings) use the Request a bespoke quote button above and our UK team will price the exact layout.
What is included in the price?
The price you see is a complete made-to-measure kit: the cut-to-length aluminium track, gliders/runners, end stops and the wall or ceiling fixings for your chosen layout. There are no hidden component charges — the figure shown is what you pay.
How quickly can you dispatch?
Standard kits ship from UK stock in 2–3 working days. Bespoke shapes and large bay configurations are usually 5–10 working days. We hold large stocks of white, grey and silver anodised track so most jobs go out the same week.
Can I fit it myself, or do you install?
The kits are designed for straightforward DIY or maintenance-team fitting and ship with fixings and instructions. We also supply our own UK installation teams for ward refurbs and larger estates — site surveys are a paid service that is credited against the order if you proceed.
What is the warranty?
The aluminium track carries a lifetime warranty and is backed by our UK team — no third-party claims handling. Gliders and accessories are covered against manufacturing defects.
